Grooming Salon Policies

We offer one on one grooming, with curbside pick up and drop off. During your appointment, your dogs will be the only client we see in our salon. To help keep this calm one on one structure we have a few policies that we require all clients to follow.

Flea Baths and Excessive Matting do incur extra fees. A flea bath is $10 per pup, and matting fees are $15 per 15 minutes of dematting/shaving. Fees are subject to change, if you have any questions please inquire during drop off.

Please arrive on time for both the pickup and drop off of your dog. If you arrive a little early, please let us know via text. We will give you an estimate of when your dog will be done, you will also receive a heads up text about 15 minutes before we finish. Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

As we are a one on one salon we do charge a holding fee for any dog not picked up on time. Holding fees begin after a 10 minute grace period from your 15 minute ETA. We do understand emergencies happen, so please communicate with us. If you are running late to pick up your dog let us know ASAP. Holding fees are $15 for every 15 minutes or part thereof.
